These Terms govern your use of the CarStore Kenya website and services operated by CarStore Ltd. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Vehicle listings & pricing

• We make every effort to ensure listing details, specifications, images and prices are accurate, but errors can occur and listings may change without notice.
• Prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and, unless stated otherwise, are subject to availability and confirmation at the point of sale.
• Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until a sale is confirmed in writing and any required deposit is received.

Certification & warranty

Eligible vehicles undergo a 120-point inspection and may include warranty coverage as described for the specific listing. The exact scope, duration and terms of any warranty are set out in the sale agreement for that vehicle and prevail over general statements on the site.

Financing, import & trade-in

Financing is provided by third-party institutions and is subject to their approval, terms and interest rates; indicative rates shown on the site are not an offer of credit. Import-on-behalf and trade-in services are subject to separate agreements, applicable duties and valuations.

Enquiries & communication

When you submit an enquiry or contact us via phone, WhatsApp or our forms, you consent to us contacting you in response. Information you provide must be accurate and your own.

Acceptable use

• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• You may not copy, scrape or republish our content, listings or images without written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the CarStore name, logo, text, graphics and layout — is the property of CarStore Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarStore Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
